Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Unit

  Securely pack the safe in its original heavy-duty packaging, including all keys, combination manuals, and mounting hardware to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Freight Pickup

  Due to the weight of our products, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your location at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the unit's condition and serial number, a full refund minus applicable restocking fees will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
