We recommend selecting a safe with at least a 1-hour fire rating. Our SentrySafe models are UL Classified to ensure your documents and digital media remain intact even in extreme temperatures.
What is the policy for shipping large heavy-duty safes?
Standard ground shipping is available for smaller units, while heavy-duty safes are shipped via freight. We offer threshold delivery as standard, but white-glove inside delivery can be requested for an additional fee.
What should I do if I lose my keys or forget my combination code?
You can request a replacement key or code recovery through our secure portal. You will need to provide your safe's model and serial number, along with notarized proof of ownership for security purposes.
Are your safes waterproof as well as fireproof?
Many of our SentrySafe products feature an ETL Verified water protection seal, which keeps the interior dry even when submerged in up to 8 inches of water for 24 hours.
Can I bolt my safe to the floor without compromising the fire rating?
Yes, most models include a bolt-down kit. Using the designated mounting points ensures the safe remains secure against theft while maintaining its certified fire and water resistance ratings.
What is your return policy for home security products?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused safes in their original packaging. Please note that due to the weight of these items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the unit arrives damaged.
